Most of Sylvan Stewart’s designs are “one-off” buildings, or modified standard designs. They will readily produce sketch layouts and costings, normally free of charge. In addition they will prepare drawings and applications for approvals to the local council. Specifically prepared erection instructions are provided with all kits, and the work is generally straight forward. Each log is numbered and all walls are separately bundled. They frequently supply an experienced operative to assist, or can provide a full erection service.
