PROTECDRAIN is a high-resistance, special extruded polyethylene sheet. The cellular structure is designed to optimise pressure distribution and to maintain an air layer between the brickwork and ground moisture. PROTECDRAIN is used to protect underground wall waterproofing membranes. It provides an air layer between the waterproofing coating and the soil, as well as protection against stones and other debris during filling. PROTECDRAIN can also be used for drainage, in particular in structures such as tunnels or absorptive forms, between the shotcrete coating and the cast concrete wall.
